step-over electric beige with black trim Stolen Friday 9/22/2023, between 3:05 & 4:30 pm from in front of Hayden Heights Library at 1456 White Bear Ave N (north of Arlington); Saint Paul, MN 55106 Reported stolen 09/22/2923; St Paul Police report 23815540 Distinguishing features/accessories: replacement seat & seat post attached to frame with “seat leash” cable; black aluminum rear rack with wear on left side from pannier clips; black plastic Delta brand ”foot fenders” strapless toe clips; aftermarket pedals; front and rear black plastic fenders; carbon-fiber-look gear mount on handlebars to right of stem with Delta phone holder attached, loud large brass lever-strike bell (made in Japan mark) by left grip purchased July 2022 at Macomb Bike in Michigan
