Description of incident
We went into Party City Manning with 2 other friends who were also on their bikes. Less than 10 mins later, the bike was stole by a man wearing a plaid shirt, NY hat, blue jeans, blue shirt with a backpack and sunglasses. Photos and Videos were taken of the Man who stole the bike.
