Bike frame is light blue color. Handle bars come straight out to the side. There is a black water bottle holder installed in middle of bike on the frame below the seat. There is also a black attachment on back of bike to attach a bag or backpack to be tied down. There is a bell attached on handlebar on the right side. There is a white reflector on front of the bike and a red reflector just below the seat directed towards back or behind of the bike.
Bike was locked with a U lock inside work bike cage. The person committing the theft, cut out a piece in chain link fence to open the bike cage. They then separated the bike from the front tire which was connected to the U lock. This front tire with the U lock remained in place, however the person committing the theft took the rest of the bike.
