stolen 2023 Pedego Avenue 28"

This is my pedego Avenue 28in step through E bike with a 48v 10.5 AH battery. Before signing this bike up on bikeindex, it was stolen from me by someone I knew and then recovered by myself. Once I had gotten it back, it had been spray painted heavily black though it's original paint was aqua blue. Sings of attempted battery removal with a crowbar, as well as the fact that the lock had been mostly drilled out with a Dremel or something despite it still remaining locked. My key for the bike is unable to lock or unlock the battery either way now, the damage is too great. May completely remove lock cylinder if possible, hoping that I might be able to get a replacement. I bought this bike new nearly 2,000 dollars though now the damage and shoddy paint job likely has decreased it's value a bit. The kickstand has been removed entirely
