700c wheels, ~23in seat tube size, spoke guard on rear wheel has been removed. The bike had a piece of lime green duct tape around the seat tube at the time of theft. The bike also had a yellow/yellow-green water bottle cage on the down tube. The seat tube has scratch marks from adjusting a lock holder. The bike is black with silver lettering.
