Bike was stolen within a 20 minute time frame (4:00 to 4:20) outside of Table Mesa Hardware in south Boulder. We believe the thief watched our daughter and two friends (who are in 6th grade) lock their bikes and go into Sweet Cow Ice Cream shop before stealing her bike.
