The person with the bike has been given instructions to return it. The handlebar tape on the missing bike is black with lighting bolts and a coffee maker, the tire on the front wheel is studded, the pedals are clipless. There is a bright yellow piece at the top of the head tube. The handlebar bag in the pictures here is not currently on the bike. The Facebook Marketplace listing of the bike appears to show that the bottle cages have been taken off.

Bike was securely locked on a rack for 4 hours on New Montgomery Street between Minna and Natoma. The u-lock was picked and the u-lock and cable lock were left behind at the rack. Note: HANDLEBAR TAPE on current bike IS BLACK with lightning bolts and a coffee maker. The pedals are clipless.
