stolen 2007 Cannondale F5

There is a locked and gated gangway with barbed wire behind my apartment building in the alley. I had a black plastic dust cover over my bike which was not taken and an OnGuard brand Bulldog u-lock on the front wheel. The cable I used to secure the bike frame and rear tire to the fence post was cut through. The bike would have had to be hoisted over the seven foot barb-wired fence.
