I parked and locked my electric bike on the bike rack in front of the North Boulder Recenter at approximately 1PM on July 25, 2023. I was in the building for approximately an hour and 15 minutes, and when I can out I noticed the bike was gone. When I approached the set of bike racks where I parked it, I noticed the cut bike lock and discarded helmet on the grass nearby. I reported the incident to the front desk attendants, but their security camera footage only reached the racks closer to thedoors, which were full. I was advised to file a police report.
