Distinguishing features
She is a silver bike with very identifiable features, as I brought her all the way from Japan. She is a "Cocoilu" bike, with a silver colored basket, fenders, chain guard, large kick stand that swings out under the back wheel, a lock that stops the back wheel from turning, and a rear rack with a chain tied around it. There is a key in the lock, which has a key chain with her name written on it: 有美, my name in Japanese: パスキル浪漫, and my old Japanese phone number: 080-3234-4766 (do no call this number). Her tires are 27x1 3/8in in size, with dunlop valves, which are highly unusual in America, and her front wheel spoke is equipped with an electric generator that powers the light beneath the basket. Her back wheel is equipped with a disk break. She has regular riser handlebars, one front gear and six back gears. Her seat is set rather high and has bent at the stalk. Her frame has Japanese identification numbers stickered on it, a green label that says 岩見沢 D820619.

Description of incident
The bike seems to have fallen off our rear bike rack on the car. We search everywhere we had driven, but could not locate the bike, which leads me to think someone has taken it. We left 68 Davos Point, Woodridge NY 12789, around 5:30PM on July 23, 2023, drove through Woodridge to Route 52, then went east to Route 209 in Ellenville, then north till getting on I87 in Kingston. We proceeded north to Albany, took I90 West until I88, got off onto route 7 heading west, down Pangburn Rd, Route 406 to Route 20, then to 621 Settle Hill Rd, Altamont NY, 12009, where we realized the bike was missing.

Frame and fork

Fork
Her original fork was replaced after a crash, and the current fork has an unusual attachment point that sticks out forward, for a rim powered generator. These generators are very common in Japan, but mine doesn't have one as I had the axle generator instead.

Wheels

Tube
Japanese tubes with dunlop valves, rare in America.
Wheel
Front wheel has a BUILT IN generator around the axle, which powers the light via a wire that winds up the fender brace.

Drivetrain and brakes

Brake Cable
Two of her cables were recently replaced and now have black tubing. The front brake cable is still original and is an off-white or gray color
Brake
Rear brake is disk
Shift Cable
Her shift cables were recently replaced and now have black tubing.

Additional parts

Saddle
Her seat was raised very high, which resulted in the stalk bending at the base and now it can't be lowered.
Basket
Silver, small but robust
Fender
Silver. Rear fender has a hole in it under where it attaches to the frame at the top. This was fixed with a large washer so it can attach.
Lights
Large and under the basket, powered by a generator in the axle of the front wheel.
Rack
Silver. Around the front, under the seat, is wrapped a black bike chain, locked so it can't be removed.
Generator/Dynamo
There is a generator BUILT IN to her wheel, around the axle.
Lock
Japanese bikes like this one are often equipped with a lock that stops the rear wheel from turning. In Japan, that's all you need to prevent theft, unlike this $%ing country. The key for this lock was left in, and it was on a metal key chain with her name on it: 有美, my name in Japanese: パスキル浪漫, and my old Japanese phone number: 080-3234-4766.
