Bike was locked to racks near picnic tables in front of the LASP LSTB-A building, arrived at 0945 on 21 July 2023. Bike was gone and cut lock was laying on the ground when I came out to go to lunch at 1300 on the same day. Building is very public and was heavily occupied at the time. Theft was extremely brazen.
