Bike was locked on a Kuat bike rack on an SUV - parked in front of gun store on Meridian Ave. Kuat cable was cut and bike was stolen from the rack while owner was inside next door restaurant for 15 minutes in daylight (around 5 PM). Professional clean cable cut, those who stole it knew to take this bike and not the more unique bike on the rack.
