Evening of Jul 4 to morning of Jul 5, bike stolen from inside stairwell of secured apartment building. Thief used door code or was granted access by a resident. U-lock was gone (presumed still attached to frame) but cable was cleanly cut and left behind. Report filed. Awaiting case number.
