I locked it at the outside plaza at Lloyd Center Mall (NE Portland, OR) where Stanford's & Nordstrom meet. It was at night between 6 p.m. & 10 p.m. The lighting is poor there; DON'T PARK YOUR BIKES THERE! Reward: $50
