Is a 2023, Lectric XP 3.0, folding electric bike. The bike has been painted all black and a rear passenger seat by the manufacturer, Saddle has been added on top of the rear rack as an accessory. The rear seat installation came with a back rest, as well as the left foot hold as well as a rear set of non functional handlebars.
