Bicycle was locked to rack for Kaiser Permanente's Bellevue Medical Center by Brian Klamik on Sep. 8th 2022 while visiting Urgent Care. Bicycle was verified still there by Pondy Klamik (Brian Klamik's wife) on Sep. 10th. Bicycle was determined missing when Brian Klamik returned on Sep. 16th.
