Bicycle is an old Fuji, Royal Blue, had multiple stickers on it Hookahs not Bazookas, Stern Grove. Has 2 spoke lights tied into front wheel spokes. I rode it to work and en route got a flat. Locked it up outside work at 6 pm and when I left at 10:30 it was gone.
