I was at one of the front registers finishing the schedule for the next couple of weeks, Danielle and Denis were both in the service center helping guests. I heard the door chime go off and knew I had a few seconds before the guest actually walked through the door, so I saved out of what I was doing and started to walk towards the front door. By the time I saw what happened, he was already out the front door and heading towards Swan (major light near us). He walked past two FX+'s, and three Cruiser Go's so he knew what he wanted. He came in, grabbed the bike, and was out before the door could even close.
