Breaking and Entering of Locked indoor Storage unit in Apartment Complex (storage unit is next to my 6th floor apartment). Property Manager said that there have been repeated recent thefts, and that whoever is doing it has an apparatus that can unlock the (locked) storage unit doors of our Apartment Complex (The Miles/Elan in Uptown Minneapolis)
