2 bikes were attached to the solid steel crate inside the closed residence parking (access only with fob, monitored 24/7 with security on site). The guy entered the gated parking space behind the other car, spent there 20-30 min sitting around and cut the wire and run away with 1 of the bikes. All the monitoring is showing that he came there DIRECTLY to steal the bike with right tools and he knew exactly where to go (so it's almost 100% of the chance that it's not a first time it happens). He came there directly after 5pm - so we expect it's not a coincidence.
