On March 23, 2023 at 5 pm, I locked my Jamis Quest Elite bicycle to a parking meter next to a bench directly in front of the entrance of the Museum of Contemporary Art using a high-quality U-lock. When I returned at 9:30, both the bicycle and lawn were gone.
