Cable cut. Has airtag, have been tracking it the entire time to the same location in the last picture just across the border of Culver City and Los Angeles. Both departments (CCPD & LAPD) are aware and have been updated, but cannot act because it's in a vehicle with blacked out windows and as such, can't visually verify it's there, LAPD no longer relies on airtag location as sole proof.
