My bike was locked to the staircase on the 1st floor of my apartment building, unit X. It was locked up with cable and U-lock. When I came back downstairs about an hour or two later, the bike, cable, and u-lock were missing. We had landscapers working throughout the day around the area, most likely with tools that could break both locks and trucks that could take the bike...
