Bike was stolen from locked bicycle enclosure inside locked P2 garage of the Library Place Apartments some time between 8:30 AM on June 18, 2022 and 11:00 AM June 20, 2022. U-lock was cut taken, cable was left with several cut marks from angle grinder. One black pannier was taken and one left inside locked elevator enclosure 20 feet from bike storage. Cargo bike had neon orange accents and an orange Thule child seat.
