A rack had been altered to fit the bike. The back blue brake has an end cut off it also for the rack to fit. One blue and one white tire. It has a black frame and a white seat. Its a racing bike and is labeled as such on the bike itself. The hub is on fixed gear although it has strapless blue pedals.
