At 5 pm on 1/31/23, I found the cable cut but still attached to the U-lock on the bike rail. It was a well-populated area. The stolen bike is an e-bike with yellow/white Topeak Child Seat and a bright red Hamax child seat Pancho installed at the back. The original Aventon back rack, the charger, and the key removing the battery are still with me.
