On January 06, 2023 around 11am, I parked and locked my green Huffy Mountain bike on the exterior of my residence on Severance st. using a combination lock to a bike rack on the sidewalk. I returned on January 07, 2023 around 1210am and was not able to locate my bike to the bike rack, only found the broken lock .
