I arrived at the station Othello parking garage shortly before 9 AM to fill my prescription. I parked in the wallet area and had my bike attached to the rack on my SUV. I had a black/orange kryptonite. You attach the rear wheel and frame. Upon arriving back to my car around 9:30 AM, I discovered my bike was missing.
