I arrived at Umoja Biopharma on Walnut St. at 8:30 a.m. and locked my bike directly outside the front door of the building. People were entering the building through out the day (until ~2:30 I think). When I went to leave work at at 4:45 p.m., someone had used wire cutters to cut the lock around the bike. Cameras are being checked and I will call to update with any additional information.
