Bike was stolen from the Northgate Transit Station bike racks between noon and 5:45pm on 11/27/22. Bike was a 2016 Diamondback Insight 1 Hybrid and silver/green. Bike had a Thule child's bike seat attached to back rack and a red light under the seat as well as an adult's and child's helmet.
