My e-bike was stolen from a locked bike storage area at my apartment complex. The bike was also locked with a Kryptonite u-lock to the rack. My neighbor witnessed the theft in progress and called the Portland Police who declined to respond. My neighbor noted that two men used a saw to cut through the lock. She also took a video of the incident.
