at time of theft, bike had a black rack installed over the rear tire, which held a blue pannier bag. In the bag was a pair of Suncloud sunglasses, a construction pencil, a rechargeable head light and rear light, and a shoulder strap for the bag. There were mounts for the rear and headlights on the seat column and handlebars.

Left my apartment about 6:45pm and when I returned about 9pm, the bike was gone from the patio. I do not recall if I had locked the bike after my ride earlier that day, but I use a U-lock and cable generally.
