Description of incident
Bike was parked overnight in the apartment complex. Last seen at 2 AM and discovered stolen at 9 AM with U lock cut. I don't have pictures of the bike but it's close to what's shown in the attached picture. The stem is and aftermarket part and is black. The seat is also Fizik.
