Dark gray Japanese electric bike with a Dutch style frame, has a large key-locked battery pack for motor assistance and powering the front light and a control panel on the left handlebar. Has a basket in the front and rack on the back, back wheel and turning capabilities should still be locked without the key, back wheel deadbolt is hidden under the brown plastic skirt guard. Two u-locks (black and yellow?) should still be locked together attached to the rear rack.

At 8:30 PM I parked the bike behind the Pima lodge, when I returned at 11:00 PM the bike was missing and the chain and lock found cut at the scene. Back wheel was independently locked and should still be immobile.
