stolen 1986 Diamondback Acscent Ex

I used a cable lock to lock my bike to the bike holder in the Rouse's parking lot at around 9:36pm. I went inside to buy a couple of groceries and returned back outside at 9:45pm and discovered that my lock had been cut with bolt cutters. I tried to file a police report but haven't heard back from anyone at the NOPD. Some homeless guy who I've seen at Rouse's near close told me that he saw someone try to sell my bike by the Amtrak/Greyhound station. The homeless man said he sees the same guy trying to sell stolen bikes at night to people getting off the buses. My bike has a delivery rack on the back with a rectangular coca cola drink crate, brooks saddle, drop bars with black cork partially covering the bars, an abus folding bike lock holder, no yellow fenders and faded lettering.
