stolen Schwinn

Bike was locked to a parking meter across from the Latitude apartments. The lock was a combination cable lock. The bike also had a Blitzu pair of front and rear lights, a ROAM orange/black phone holder, a Zacro gel bike seat, an Ibera water bottle rack, and a black Mirrycle bell.
