Women’s Black large 21 inch Trek bike with fenders and rear bike rack and black steel pannier on left side over the back wheel. It also has a rear view mirror and small bell on stirring wheel. I am unsure of the Bike year. It is either 2016 or 2015

Bike theft took place outside of the library. A passerby saw two tall thin white men cutting the lock. Incident occurred sometime between 9:30 and 11:30am on October 14, 2022.
