It was taken from the interior parking lot at 200 S. Vine St. It was attached to the bike racks. The lock was broken open and left behind. I am not exactly sure when it was taken. I don't have a car but because it's been so nice out I haven't been biking recently. I noticed today when I went to bike to downtown
