Kids got to Blue Jacket part on Saturday 10/1 around 7:45pm. They played chalk wars and when my son went back to get his bike that was near the fountain around 8:40pm, his and another friends bikes were gone. No sign of anyone around, but they did notice some people in the area at that time.
