My husband put his bike in our apartment bike storage locker at about 9:30/10pm on September 20. I have been storing my bike there for the past year. Both of the bikes had locks on them. I walked into our bike locker at 12:30 PM on September 22 and saw that both of our locks had been broken and our bikes were gone
