Heavyset, presumably homeless caucasian male with a blue spotted bandana on as a mask strolled through Grocery Outlet while I was buying groceries, and stole my bicycle. There is 6 minutes of security footage of him going down Constitutional Way — likely headed North to the Alameda Landing area.
