At 4:45 AM on September 16, 2022 I heard someone making noise on the street below. I looked down to see a man pulling on the bike. When I got down to the street (about 30 seconds later) both the man and the bike were gone. I called 911 straight away. Th police arrived within 2 or 3 minutes and I made a police report. **A Police Report Number is pending. I've been informed the number should be generated in approximately 48 hours.
