I came out of Marshalls store at 560 n. Carrollton Ave., New Orleans, LA 70119 at Toulouse St. and N. Carrollton on the side of the Marshalls store at 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 3, 2022 and found that my locked bike had been stolen. Marshalls had no lights, no camera, no bike rack, and no security in the parking lot.
