The bike is distinctive: a rare 1991 Kästle Tour Randonnée Pro mtb with slick tires so it looks like a city bike. Kästle is the Austrian (?) ski manufacturer. It's white and two shades of orange, one pastel, one bright. I think there are hardly any of them in the U.S.
