Bike locked outside of PNC bank. Was working in a nearby building. Was stolen between 12:30-5pm on 8/24 Photo of the bike is post crash a few years ago. Since then, the fork has been replaced with a black/grayish fork and the pedals have been replaced with non clip in silver medal pedals.
