It was stolen with an attached phone mount on the handle bars and an air-pump mounted to the frame (both removable). There was some weathering to the handlebar metal. There is an identifying sticker on the frame near the pedals that reads "Penn Cycle".

Description of incident
I store this bike in my building's bike storage room. One day I went down and it was missing along my my combination lock. It should be identifiable by it's Penn Cycle sticker on the frame near the pedals, but this could be removed.
