stolen 2022 Sekai Mixte

I lock my bike up at the bicycle rack in front of the community center at Blakely Village, which is part of UW Family Housing. I use my bike for commuting purposes and lock it with a cable (lesson learned). I was sick last week and didn't ride at all. I came out this morning and discovered it missing. I have a tracker hidden inside the bike's frame, but the thief found it too and ditched it inside a truck 6 miles south of where I live. I called the police to investigate, and they met up with me at the location my tracker was picking up, but We concluded that the thief found it and randomly stuck it inside a truck toolbox.
