stolen GT Bicycles i-Drive 3.0

Blue GT i-Drive 3.0 (dual suspension) with new handle bars (extra wide), vertical climbing bars, white light on front, red light on back, black pouch under seat, mis-matched fenders on front and back. Also has lights on the ends of the handle bars and a silver airplane attached to the handlebars (right of center). Seat post is extra tall and seat rises above handle bars.I cannot locate anything other than a receipt indicating I had work done this bike. I received an email from a cutlery shop in S.E. Portland indicating that it had been spotted (their description matched mine), and the serial number TO3D0904. I am not 100% certain that this is my bike, but it is very likely mine. If you see this bike, please notify police and me.Thank you.
