2 Bikes stolen off of my Bike rack from the Market place Garage parking on level 4. Theif cut the cable and rode 1 bike and held on to the other. The Parking attendant(Stephanie) was alerted to the theft as it was happening by a customer and she called the Burlington police department right away, however no police officer came. She also watched the thief ride out with both stolen bikes through the exit of the Garage. This is on video.
