I locked my bike with a u-lock and cable outside the Ballard Fred Meyer and someone sawed the lock off while I was in the store for ~15 minutes. A bunch of people, including Fred Meyer security just watched and did nothing. I know this because they told me when I came out a moment later. Not included in this photo, I recently added a black rear fender, a black Fabric saddle, and silver Shimano pedals with clips on one side and platforms on the other.
